Meet the Staff
Tracy Leonard
Director / Head Nursery School Teacher
Having 17 years experience working with children, her teachings are very much hands on. She spends her school days working and playing with her students. Miss Tracy is a mother to two daughters - Lexi 23 and Taylor 19, also a first time grandmother (Lolli) to baby Eloise. On her free time she enjoys being with her husband, daughters, and extended family. If not with her family you will find her with a coffee and a book in her hand.
Melissa Stott
Nursery School Assistant
Our craft loving, messy painting, glue enthusiast. Miss Melissa has worked with us for 13 joyful years. Everyday is something different, always keeping us on our toes with her amazing crafts. One day she is making play-doh the next she is cooking rainbow colored spaghetti to feel the icky stickiness. Miss Melissa has one son Declan who graduated from our program and will be moving up to kindergarten. On summer breaks she spends her time adventuring with her best bud Declan and her husband! We can't wait to introduce your children to our craft specialist!
Lexi Perkins
Before and After Care Head Teacher
Though Miss Lexi does not have as many years experience, she has made up for it. Throughout her 7 years working with children she has - weekend babysat, worked with the Nursery School, and is currently the Nanny to 3 wonderful babies. This year Miss Lexi took some time off from Little Wonders to have her own beautiful baby Eloise. She spends her spare time camping with her family, friends and cat Meggie Pie. Navigating being a first time mom is tricky and time consuming, she can't help but miss her After Care students. She is very excited to see her returning friends and meet new friends!
Liz Wagner & Taylor Pigott
Assistants to Nursery School and After Care
Miss Liz and Miss Taylor our newest staff members, our bright new happy faces. They both bring a different aspect to our classroom - Miss Liz is our game day host. From Simon Says to Charades she will make the kids giggle. Miss Taylor helps children understand their emotions. Is your child ready for socialization but sad and missing you? No problem Miss Taylor will help them through their feelings and remind them mommies and daddies always come back. She is a very compassionate and caring teacher.
